Unless otherwise noted in the table below, all Grizzly products are backed by a 12 month/unlimited miles warranty. Grizzly (as represented by its parent company DieselUSA Group, Inc.) offers a limited warranty for each of our products against defects in manufacture and/or materials. The warranty period (the “Warranty Period”) is as outlined, unless otherwise noted. Grizzly’s warranty period begins from the date of install and the warranty shall apply only to the parts purchased. If during the Warranty Period, any of our Products fail to function as designed and not as a result of outside damage, improper installation or misapplication, Grizzly (DieselUSA Group, Inc.) will repair or replace the component, at its option (based on our warranty terms).

The Products are provided on an “as is” with all fault basis and with no warranty except the express warranty set forth above. To the maximum extent permissible by law, Grizzly disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Grizzly, its directors, shareholders, officers, agents, employees (associates), successors, or assigns be liable for any injuries or damages whatsoever to any person or property arising from the installation or use of the products, which shall include, but not be limited to, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, progressive, or punitive damages. To the maximum extent permissible by law, Grizzly’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for any Product that gives rise to any liability.

Grizzly shall be in no way responsible for the Products proper use and service. By purchasing any Grizzly Products, you hereby waive all rights, other than those expressly written herein. This warranty shall not be extended, altered, transferred, or varied.

LABOR COSTS FOR REMOVAL AND RE-INSTALLATION ARE COVERED, PROVIDED THE WARRANTY MEETS THE PROVIDED TERMS OUTLINED IN THIS DOCUMENT.

DOWN TIME, TOWING, TRAVEL, LODGING, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, PROGRESSIVE DAMAGE, INCIDENTAL DAMAGE, SPECIAL DAMAGE, EXEMPLARY DAMAGE OR ANY OTHER EXPENSE IS NOT COVERED. THE INSTALLATION OF ANY GRIZZLY PRODUCT INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ALL WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.

All warranties for products (not manufactured by Grizzly) are supplied by the original component manufacturer and can vary by product or brand. All manufacturer supplied warranties exclude damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation or off-road, commercial, or marine use. Please refer to each component manufacturer’s warranty for coverage details.
