The following outlines Grizzly and our associated dealers current core return policy for end-users only. For Dealer specific core policies, please contact your Grizzly distributor.
All cores must be returned to the Grizzly dealer from which the part was originally purchased. Cores sent back to Grizzly directly, circumventing the selling Grizzly dealer will not be accepted.
To be eligible for credit, all cores returned must be fully assembled. All cores must be 100% “like for like” and returned in the original box (if possible). If the original box is unavailable, all cores should be labeled and packed well enough to ensure safe return. Cores must also be drained of all fluids before returning. Please do not return cores with warranty or part returns.
All cores may be graded according to Grizzly's and/or the complementary manufacturer’s core policy. Should you have any questions regarding the grading of your core, please contact your Grizzly dealer for specific core return policies regarding the part you purchased.
